HERBAL GARDENING

NSS volunteers had a wonderful experience on 17^thJune 2010.They received a chance to garden the herbals collected from the surroundings and neighboring localities. Many herbs which were common once and had a great medicinal value are unknown to the younger generation. To instill an interest for traditional health practices and medicine among students, NSS Unit planted the herbs systematically and made arrangements to protect them well. The activities were co-ordinated and controlled by the programme officer Sri. Abdul Muneer with the assistance of NSS Volunteer Faslu Rahman,Mymoona,Thesneem,Noorunnisa,Suhaira,Habeeb Rahman,Ajmal,……etc.
